- > Once you have completed and turned in an application package your information will be entered into iCare, our child care management system.
- > You will be assigned an iCare Lobby security check in / check out password for each person on your approved pick up list.
- > You will also be setup to access your child's account through the iCare Parent Portal.
- > You can access the Parent Portal by clicking the Parent Portal icon (here) or on the bottom of the Club Pure Home Page.

- > Enter the Main Contact's Email and Password to Login.

- The main account holder is responsible for payments. Payments are due on Friday's for the following week's tuition
- To switch between your child's accounts, click your child's name at the top of the page and a drop down menu will appear
- Click the Payments tab to make a payment, then click Pay, Click The View and Pay Balance
- You can view current balance and choose the amount you will be paying
- Note: On Monday's, an automatic $10 late charge will be assigned to each child's account with a balance
- Choose to Pay by Debit or Credit Card (2% Admin Fee) or by Check / ACH (No Admin Fee)
- You can choose to enroll in our automatic debit program, we will process your payment for you on Friday's
- Please double check your payment information before you process your payment. Incorrect data will result in a Bank Return Charge

- 2. Click the box with an arrow (share link) at the bottom of the web browser
- 3. Scroll the bottom row of icons to the left and click Add to Home Screen
- 4. The link will save to your iPhone screen as a Shortcut Tab/App
